"I like feedback to my work to be...."

I like feedback for my work to be constructive but not protective. The reason for feedback is in order to help people improve and I do not like when people feel like they can not say anything negative without hurting my feelings. At the same time, you do not want to have all negative things to say about another persons work. It is tricky sometimes, but with the proper care, feedback can be used to help people improve. The most important thing about feedback is that you are giving it to help the other person, not to hurt them or satisfy your own pride.
