Dear Mayor,

Imagine if you were a four inches tall. Innocent and defenseless. All alone in this world looking for a scrap of cheese, but everywhere you turn people are trying to kill you. You wouldn't last long. This is the plight that mice face everyday, and within a couple of years, they will be extinct if we don't somehow put some control on their population. I propose that we force people to buy permits for mouse traps so we can preserve this special species.
