I like my feedback to be very blunt.  I don't like it when it's sugar coated.  I also don't like when it says, "this was really good but....." if it was really good there wouldn't be a but right?  Just tell me what you want to say and what you're really thinking.  It helps both of us out.  Also I don't like it when you say half of what you're trying to tell me and want me to figure the rest out.  I don't know what you're thinking or how you want it written! The best is when feedback is clear, precise and critiqued well.  I'm not going to be offended if there's a lot of feedback for me.  It helps me to write better, and in the end have a well written paper.

I agree. It's not very helpful when feedback is hard to understand, and in the end it's always better to get more feedback because it helps you write a better paper.
